On March 5, the press service of the National Security Committee reported the detention of suspects in corrupt activities.
According to the case materials, on May 10, 2023, the Alamedin district commission for land amnesty recognized residential houses within contours No. 1352-1354, located in the Dostuk rural district, as objects of land amnesty. As a result, from May to August, several resolutions were issued regarding various citizens. As noted by the National Security Committee, these actions were carried out with serious violations of the law.
An investigation into this matter was initiated under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to corruption.
During the investigation, the involvement of the following individuals was established:
- O.T., who chaired the district land amnesty commission in 2023;
- N.K., who held the position of head of the Alamedin rural administration during the specified period;
- N.S.
On March 3, the detainees were placed in the temporary detention facility of the National Security Committee.
Investigative actions are ongoing, during which other possible participants in the crime are being identified.
The name N.K. corresponds to Kolbaev Naizabek Asanbekovich, who led the Alamedin rural administration from 2009 to 2024, being repeatedly re-elected to this position.
O.T. is Taiteliev Ömürbek Ashirbekovich, who served as the first deputy akim of the Alamedin district from 2023 to 2025.
