According to the received information, on February 28, 2026, a resident of the city, M.H., born in 1988, filed a report of an attack at the Tokmok police department. He stated that on February 27, 2026, at around 22:30, unidentified individuals inflicted bodily harm on him and two of his brothers near a house on Sarbagyshev Street.
A medical report issued by the Tokmok Central Hospital confirms that M.H. and his brother M.A. (born in 1996) have closed head injuries, a concussion, and other bruises.
Based on these facts, the investigative department of the Tokmok police initiated a criminal case under Article 280 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain the suspects – Sh.A. and P.S., both born in 2007.
In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility. The city court decided to remand them in custody for one month.
As part of the investigation, forensic medical examinations have been appointed. Currently, necessary investigative actions and operational measures are ongoing to clarify all circumstances of the incident and identify possible accomplices.
