
The process of recognizing houses as legally built was carried out with violations
As a result of the investigation into the corruption case related to the land amnesty, several suspects have been detained, including the former akim of the Alamedin district, the State National Security Committee (GKNB) reported.
According to information from law enforcement agencies, on May 10, 2023, the land amnesty commission in the Alamedin district recognized residential houses located within contours No. 1352-1354 of the Dostuk ayil aimak as objects of amnesty. Consequently, decisions were made regarding a number of citizens from May to August. The GKNB clarified that these actions were carried out with serious violations of the law.
The case has been registered under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Among the detainees:
- O.T., who held the position of chairman of the district commission on land amnesty in 2023;
- N.K., who was the head of the Alamedin ayil okmotu during the same period;
- N.S.
On March 3, the suspects were placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB's penal enforcement service.
As part of this investigation, efforts are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in the crime.
