In connection with these circumstances, the investigative service of the Interior Ministry of the October District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain the suspect, who turned out to be S. Ch., born in 1987. He was taken for further investigative actions and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
