According to the information, a person identified as U. L. contacted the police, stating that from February to June 2025, S. N. deceitfully took possession of ten electric vehicles on Isakeyeva Street in Bishkek.
The suspect promised to sell the cars and return the money, but to date, neither the cars nor the funds have been returned. After that, he disappeared. The damage amounted to $260,000.
Based on this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational-search activities, officers from the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs detained S. N., born in 2002. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
