According to data provided by the Sokuluk district police department, on January 28, 2026, a local resident, D. A., born in 1978, filed a complaint. He stated that an unknown man named J. E., born in 1966, had illegally seized his land plot of 4.05 hectares, located in contour No. 295 (formerly the territory of Voenno-Antonovka, now known as the village of Kozhomkul), and had begun illegal construction work.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of someone else's land and construction on it in violation of its designated purpose.
As a result of operational search activities, the suspect J. E. was detained. He has been placed in custody in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
