In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime as stipulated by Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of land plots and illegal construction on agricultural land.
The investigation revealed that according to the data from the Sokuluk District branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, this plot is not subject to land amnesty, as its intended use is agricultural land.
Police officers, conducting operational search activities, identified the suspect — D.G., born in 1961, who was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Additionally, 15 other citizens have approached the Sokuluk District Department of Internal Affairs with similar statements. Currently, checks are being conducted to clarify all the circumstances of the case.
