The incident began on January 28, when a resident of Bishkek filed a complaint with the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department stating that his agricultural land plot of 4.05 hectares in contour No. 295 in the village of Kozhomkul had been seized, and construction had begun on it.
This case has been registered in accordance with Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of land plots and construction in violation of their intended purpose.
During the investigation, it was found that this plot is not subject to amnesty.
The suspect, born in 1966 and known as Zh.E., has been detained. He has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing.
