The farewell ceremony for the deceased will take place tomorrow in the village of Temir, located in the Issyk-Kul region. Zheentaev's family and close friends expressed their sincere condolences.

Earlier, a court in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek sentenced 41-year-old Zheentaev to six years in prison. He was convicted under two articles: part 3 of article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (calls for mass riots) and part 1 of article 332 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (production and distribution of extremist materials) due to publications on social media.

Zheentaev, who worked as a designer for several publications, was detained in November 2025. His lawyers plan to appeal the court's decision in higher instances.
