During an inspection of compliance with land legislation, the prosecutor's office of the Bazar-Korgon district established that in 2006, a plot of agricultural land with an area of 9.2 hectares, located in the village of 1-May of the Kenesh rural council, was transferred to private ownership in violation of the law.
Thanks to the measures taken by the prosecutors, the plot of land measuring 9.2 hectares, with a market value of 7 million 763 thousand som, has been returned to municipal ownership.
