As part of the inspection of compliance with land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Bazar-Korgon district, it was established that in 2006, a 9.2-hectare agricultural land plot located in the village of 1 Maya of the Kenesh rural administration was transferred to private ownership in violation of legal norms.
Thanks to the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the plot, with a market value of 7 million 763 thousand soms, was returned to municipal ownership.
