The prosecutor's office of the Kara-Suu region, located in the Osh region, discovered violations of land legislation during an inspection conducted in the Savai rural administration.
According to the General Prosecutor's Office, it was revealed that a plot of land measuring 0.24 hectares, previously owned by a children's health center, was unlawfully sold into private ownership.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the plot, valued at 15.6 million soms, was returned to municipal ownership.
