In the Talas region, the pawnshop "Orozaly" voluntarily returned previously seized real estate to citizens, acknowledging the validity of the claims and violations of legislation that were identified.
These measures were implemented with the participation of the GKNB, in cooperation with the State Tax Service of the city of Talas, the regional office of the National Bank, and the antimonopoly regulation department.
Among the returned property is a residential house in the Talas district, which was returned to its rightful owner, S. U. U. Additionally, documents for real estate that was previously under pledge were returned to ten citizens.
The management of the pawnshop announced its intention to return to borrowers the excessively charged interest exceeding 30% per annum, starting from the summer of 2024 until the present moment. Citizens can address these issues in the established manner.
The organization apologized to the affected individuals and assured that it will act strictly within the framework of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the future.
