According to the State National Security Committee, the pawnshop acknowledged that the claims made against it were justified and that a number of legal violations had occurred.

"Furthermore, the management of the pawnshop expressed its willingness to compensate borrowers for excessively charged interest exceeding 30% per annum, for the period from the summer of 2024 to the present," the statement adds.
