These actions were carried out as part of a joint effort by the GKNB, the State Tax Service of the city of Talas, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the Talas region, and the Talas Department of Antimonopoly Regulation.
The pawnshop acknowledged the borrowers' claims as justified, resulting in the return of a residential house to one borrower in the Talas district, while 10 citizens received documents for previously pledged real estate.
According to information from the GKNB, the management of the pawnshop expressed readiness to compensate borrowers for excessively charged interest exceeding 30% per annum, starting from the summer of 2024 and continuing to the present.
As reported by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the pawnshop "Orozaly," registered in 2014, underwent re-registration in 2024.
The founder is Ymanaly Orozaliev, and the organization is managed by Sezim Ymanalyeva Ymananlyevna.
