The case involved citizen M.N.A., who had accumulated a debt for alimony payments from January 1, 2018, to March 1, 2026.
After carrying out the necessary measures for enforcement, the debt amounting to 592,374 soms was fully recovered and transferred to the representative of the claimant based on a power of attorney.
