The Enforcement Service of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported the completion of the process of collecting alimony in the amount of 550,000 soms.
As clarified by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, the enforcement proceedings were completed in the Uzgen district against citizen K.Sh. G., who was required to pay alimony to K.k. I. for the support of his children until they reached adulthood, which amounted to one third of his income.
Previously, the man had not fulfilled his obligations to pay alimony, which led to the accumulation of a debt of 550,000 soms. This amount was fully recovered and handed over to the recipient in cash.
