As the Ministry of Internal Affairs found out, K. Sh., born in 1969, approached them with a request to initiate an investigation against the head of the correctional facility.
This case has been opened under Article 342 "Receiving a Bribe" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, T. M., the former head of colony No. 27, born in 1984, was detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
At the moment, all necessary investigative actions are being conducted.
