Citizen U.L. contacted the police requesting action against S.N. This was confirmed by the press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District.
According to the applicant, from February to June 2025, on Isakeeva Street in Bishkek, S.N., having gained trust, deceitfully took possession of 10 electric vehicles.
He promised to return the money and sell the cars, but so far neither the cars nor the money have been returned, and the suspect has fled.
The damage caused amounted to 260 thousand dollars.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, S.N., born in 2002, was detained.
He was taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
