On February 15, a woman, a citizen of another country, named A.N., filed a report with the local internal affairs office, informing them about an attack by unknown individuals. On the same day, around 6:30 AM, the perpetrators broke into a dormitory on Jalil Street. Threatening with an object resembling a knife, they stole diamond earrings and a bracelet, after which they fled.
The investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 207 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities conducted jointly with the capital's police, the identities of the suspects were established, and K.A., born in 2003, and Ы.Ж., born in 2001, were detained. According to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, they have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs.
The stolen jewelry was found, seized, and returned to its rightful owner.
