According to information provided by the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui Region, the assailants used physical force that threatened the life and health of the victim. After inflicting bodily harm on him, they tied his hands and feet with rope.
As a result of this attack, the criminals managed to steal 165,000 soms that were in a safe, as well as a Samsung mobile phone. After committing the crime, they fled the scene.
In connection with these events, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of robbery, as provided for by Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Employees of the Main Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui Region, and the Toktogul District Police Department conducted operational search activities, during which the suspects were identified. They turned out to be B.M. and J.A., both born in 1995, as well as R.M., born in 1978. All three have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the organizer of the attack was a relative of the victim from his ex-wife's side, with whom he is currently divorced. The suspects believed that a large sum of money from the sale of a land plot was in the safe, but in reality, most of the funds were placed in a bank deposit.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, aimed at a thorough and objective investigation of this crime.
