According to the agency, a citizen named K.A. filed a written statement requesting action against unfamiliar individuals who took possession of his BMW X5, valued at $25,000, in July 2025.
“The individuals, unknown to the victim, managed to gain his trust and deceitfully offered to arrange an installment plan. Currently, their obligations have not been fulfilled,” the statement clarifies.

Investigative authorities have initiated a criminal case under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During operational activities, one of the suspects, J.U., born in 1994, was detained. He is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department. Investigative actions are ongoing.
