
According to the data, on November 30, 1999, the DRR was illegally transferred to the balance of the agricultural production cooperative "Pakhary" based on a transfer act. In 2021, after decision No. 28 made by the head of the Ivanovka rural administration of the Issyk-Ata district, the reservoir ended up in the ownership of the SPC "Pakhary," which then received a state certificate for private ownership.

Now, this object has been returned to the structural unit of the Ministry of Agriculture — the Issyk-Ata Water Management Department.
Note Daily regulation reservoirs (DRR) were actively constructed during the Soviet era to provide agricultural lands with irrigation water. Their main task is to accumulate water during periods of excess (in winter or during the rainy season) for subsequent use during droughts.
