The individual with the initials Ы.М. became the subject of the search in 2023 when a "red notice" was issued for large-scale fraud as stipulated by Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ы.М., together with a citizen А.Ч., who held a managerial position in one of the companies engaged in the sale of petroleum products, committed the theft of heating fuel. As a result of their actions, 1536.51 tons of fuel were stolen, causing damage amounting to 51,780,387 soms.
In the Kyrgyz Republic, the competent authorities are working on the issue of extraditing the detained individual to hold him accountable for his criminal actions.
As of today, there are 8 citizens in the temporary detention centers of HSI (ICE) who are wanted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic for various offenses and are undergoing deportation procedures. Among them, 3 individuals have already been deported to Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
