According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, on February 3, rescuers from the Osh region, as well as employees of the Republican Separate Rescue Unit, including 12 rescuers with a drone, are participating in the search. Local authorities, police, and residents are also involved in the operation, totaling 126 people. Special equipment is being used for snow removal and route clearing.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Emergency Situations had previously warned several times about the high risk of avalanches in this region.
