The police found that users were leaving comments under these publications containing calls and statements that could lead to the destabilization of the situation in society and provoke mass riots. In particular, issues concerning the closure of private driving schools were discussed.
In connection with the above, the Investigative Service initiated a criminal case under Article 278 (Calls for mass riots and active disobedience to the lawful demands of representatives of authority, as well as calls for violence against citizens) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the conducted activities, M.T., born in 1994, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The Bishkek City Police Department emphasized that the detainee is the head of the LLC "Aidochulardy Dayardoo Borbor" — "Driver Training Center".
Necessary investigative and verification actions are currently being conducted.
