In the Jayil District, the bus depot has been returned to state ownership, which had previously been unlawfully transferred to private hands. This information was announced by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office on January 28.

As a result of an inspection conducted by the Jayil District Prosecutor's Office, it was found that in 2004, a social facility—the bus depot located on Central Street in the city of Kara-Balta—was alienated in violation of legislation along with the adjacent land plot.

As a result of the actions taken, the facility, covering an area of 1.4 hectares and valued at 105.9 million soms, was fully returned to state ownership.
