As a result of an inspection conducted by the Jayil district prosecutor's office, it was revealed that in 2004, a social facility — the bus depot located on Central Street in the city of Kara-Balta — was transferred to private ownership in violation of the law.
As a result of the prosecutor's measures, the area of this social facility amounted to 1.4 hectares, and its market value reached 105.9 million soms. It has now been fully returned to state ownership.
