According to information received from the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on December 18, 2025, when Kambarov came to work in a state of alcohol intoxication. This was confirmed by a medical examination, during which doctors recorded "alcohol intoxication (acute intoxication)."
This case was regarded as a serious violation of discipline, which prompted the initiation of an internal service review. As a result of this review, the Ministry's leadership received recommendations for the application of disciplinary measures, which ultimately led to Kambarov's dismissal.
The agency noted that law enforcement officers must strictly adhere to the norms of law and the disciplinary charter, and appearing at work in a state of alcohol intoxication is grounds for immediate suspension from service.
