The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic confirmed this information.
It was previously reported that on December 18, 2025, it was revealed that the deputy head of the Alay District Department of Internal Affairs came to work under the influence of alcohol.
According to available data, the employee's condition was checked that day, and a medical examination conducted around noon confirmed the fact of intoxication. Doctors determined that he was experiencing alcohol intoxication (acute intoxication).
As reported by the press service of the Osh Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, an internal investigation was launched regarding this incident, the results of which will provide a legal assessment of the employee's actions.
“According to the legislation on internal affairs and the requirements of the disciplinary charter of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, if a medical examination confirms that an employee arrived at work in a state of alcohol intoxication, they should be temporarily suspended from official duties on the same day. This is considered a serious violation of discipline and grounds for initiating an internal investigation,” the statement noted.
- The name of the dismissed deputy is Uranbek Kambarov, who held the position related to personnel matters in the Alay District Department of Internal Affairs.
