A case of mass poisoning has been reported in the capital of Kyrgyzstan: 17 people were affected by shawarma. This information was provided by the Ministry of Health.
According to the agency, all the affected individuals sought medical help at the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital with symptoms of food poisoning. Among them are minors. Four of them have been transferred to outpatient treatment, while 13 remain under observation in the hospital. Their condition is assessed as stable, and necessary tests and treatments are currently being conducted.
According to preliminary information, the product that caused the poisoning was purchased at the fast food establishment Daamduu.
