Murder in the New Building: Suspect Detained While Attempting to Escape
According to law enforcement agencies, on January 14, a report was received that the body of a man with signs of violent death had been found near one of the new buildings in the capital.
The deceased was identified as A.R., born in 1976.
Based on these facts, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, including the analysis of recordings from the "Safe City" camera system, the suspect was detained at one of the checkpoints in the Kochkor District. He turned out to be 27-year-old B.u.K., born in 1996. He was placed in a temporary detention facility.

According to preliminary data, the tragedy occurred during the consumption of alcohol when a conflict arose between the suspect and the victim, which escalated into a fight, resulting in fatal injuries to the victim.
Investigative actions are ongoing, necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and all details of the incident are being established.
