Former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh sent to pre-trial detention
According to the editorial office of Kaktus.media, Akkulu Berdieva, a former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, has been placed in pre-trial detention. This was confirmed by the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.
According to the court's decision made on January 12, the investigator of the GSU of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic filed a petition for a preventive measure in the form of detention for Berdieva, which was granted.

Berdieva, also known as B. A. T., is accused of large-scale fraud under Article 209, Part 4, Clause 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and has been sentenced to two months of detention until March 11.
Previously, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that there were complaints from his wife regarding instances of domestic violence. These complaints have been registered and are under review.
On the eve, Bermet Ormonova, who introduced herself as Berdieva's spouse, published an appeal to the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, where she spoke about systematic violence from her husband.
Ormonova, identifying herself as the mother of five children and a 60-year-old woman, claims that her husband forcibly expelled her from their home and inflicted violence on both her and the children. She reached out to the public, fearing for the life and safety of her family, and also accused her husband of polygamy.
