Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting an investigation in connection with large-scale fraud, as well as on previously registered complaints of domestic violence.
According to the investigation, Berdiev, born in 1966, deceitfully acquired funds in 2022 and used them for personal needs.
It is known that his wife has contacted the police with complaints about instances of domestic violence. These complaints have been registered and are under review in accordance with the law. Investigative actions are ongoing.

The wife of the former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh complained to the head of the State Committee for National Security about beatings by her husband.
It should be noted that earlier, Berdiev's wife, Bermet Ormonova, reported violence from him. She appealed to the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, with a complaint about physical abuse.
Bermet Ormonova, 60, is the mother of five children. She stated that she fears every day when her husband returns home and starts to beat her. Furthermore, she claims that he kicks her out of their house, which they built together. According to her, Berdiev asserts that the property belongs to his sister. Despite his polygamy, she forgave him for the sake of the children, but when the violence extended to the children, she was forced to turn to the public, as her life and the lives of her children were in danger.
