At Issyk-Kul, an Orthodox church was robbed, two suspects detained

A report of the theft was received by the Ak-Suu District Internal Affairs Department on January 6. Upon inspecting the crime scene, it was discovered that the entrance door had been broken, two donation boxes were smashed, and money, silver jewelry, crosses, gift bags, and a Wi-Fi router were stolen. In addition, two cars parked nearby were damaged by broken windows, and items were stolen from them.
A criminal case has been initiated by the Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region under the article "Theft." Based on recordings from surveillance cameras, the identities of the suspects were established, who turned out to be a teenager born in 2010 and a previously convicted man born in 2003 from the village of Ak-Suu.

Both suspects have been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation into this incident is currently ongoing.
