From 2021 to 2025, the number of passengers serviced on domestic and international flights in Kyrgyzstan has significantly increased by 52%.
This was reported by Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration. He also noted that the number of flights performed has increased by 53%.
"Currently, all airports in the country are operational, whereas in 2021 there were only 5," noted the head of government.
Additionally, an important ceremony took place in Intymak Ordo for the signing of an agreement between the State Enterprise "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" and BBAM Aircraft Leasing & Management for the acquisition of two Airbus A321ceo aircraft to renew the country's air fleet.The document was signed by Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of the Board of the State Enterprise "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," and Steve Zissis, CEO of BBAM Aircraft Leasing & Management.
