Kyrgyzstan and Indonesia Discussed the Development of the Halal Industry

At a meeting held in Geneva as part of the UN Human Rights Council and the disarmament conference, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, Jeenbek Kulubaev, met with his Indonesian counterpart, Sugiono.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the main topics of discussion included the current state and future cooperation between the two countries. The participants noted the need to activate political dialogues, organize high-profile visits, as well as strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation within the UN and other international organizations.
The parties expressed their intention to increase economic ties through the holding of business forums and discussed the possibility of cooperation in the halal industry in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The outcome of the meeting was the confirmation of mutual readiness to deepen both multilateral and bilateral relations. The parties also emphasized the importance of enhancing interaction between foreign policy agencies and developing mechanisms for regular political consultations.
