The Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Jogorku Kenesh, Nurlan Boobekov, presented information about the candidate.
The committee unanimously approved the candidacy and forwarded the issue to the Jogorku Kenesh for final decision on the appointment of Talantbek Soltobaev as the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Talantbek Soltobaev was appointed as the Acting Minister of Transport and Communications on February 16, 2026. This position was previously held by Absattar Syrgabaev.
