- During the meeting held on February 10, 2026, in Berlin, Zheenbek Kulubaev discussed possible areas of cooperation in transport logistics with Heinrich Kerstgens, the authorized representative of Rhenus SE, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The parties focused on the development of Kyrgyzstan's railway infrastructure, as well as the creation of modern logistics and container hubs. The possibility of Rhenus Logistics participating in the implementation of infrastructure projects and strengthening the company's position in the Kyrgyz market was also considered.
