In addition to the construction of a new substation, plans also include the upgrade of three outdated energy facilities:
- the building of the Kara-Kul RES,
- the building of the Kerben UES, which belongs to the Aksy RES,
- the building of the Uch-Terek UES, which belongs to the Toktogul RES.
Additionally, the region plans to replace 5000 reinforced concrete poles, modernize 270 kilometers of overhead power lines by transitioning to modern self-supporting insulated wires (SIP), and install 50 new transformers.
These measures aim to ensure sustainable electricity supply, improve service quality for the population, and enhance transparency in the energy sector.
