President Sadyr Japarov has signed a draft law on the republican budget for 2026 and the planned period for 2027-2028.
This law was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on December 24, 2025.
The main objective of the Law is to ensure budget sustainability in the medium term and effective management of public finances.
According to the law, the republican budget for 2026 is approved with revenues amounting to 551,207,156.1 thousand soms and expenditures of 550,770,757.7 thousand soms.
Thus, the budget surplus will amount to 436,398.4 thousand soms, which will be used to finance operations with financial assets and cover the main part of the external debt.
