The law, adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on December 24, 2025, aims to ensure medium-term budget sustainability and effective management of public finances.
According to the law, the surplus of the republican budget for 2026 will amount to 436,398.4 thousand soms, which will be used to finance expenses related to operations with financial assets, as well as to cover the main part of external obligations, including the principal debt of the state.
