This law was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on December 24, 2025, and aims to create conditions for medium-term budget sustainability and effective management of public finances.
According to the information from the law, the budget revenues for 2026 will amount to 551 billion 207 million 156.1 thousand soms, while expenditures are planned at the level of 550 billion 770 million 757.7 thousand soms.
The budget surplus is set at 436 million 398.4 thousand soms. These funds will be used to finance operations with financial assets and to cover the main part of external obligations, including the repayment of the state external debt.
