The school has not yet been put into operation, as at the stage of completion of construction, during the roof installation, the facility was not accepted by the Issyk-Kul Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control of the Ministry of Construction (hereinafter referred to as the Department).
The Department has repeatedly sent warnings to the contracting organization LLC "Energy-Nur Stroy" regarding the construction of the school.
As a result of a heavy snowfall that occurred on the night of January 18, 2026, there was a partial collapse of the building's roof.
After the incident, the Department issued a written warning to LLC "Energy-Nur Stroy" and demanded the restoration of the facility. Currently, the roof of the school has been fully restored. A fine of 200,000 soms has been imposed on the contracting organization, and the issue of suspending its license will be discussed at a commission meeting.
The official commissioning of the facility will only be possible after an inspection by the authorized bodies and obtaining a positive conclusion from the Issyk-Kul Regional Department of Architectural and Construction Control.
