The Housing Committee rejected amendments to the Law "On State and Municipal Services" in the first reading

- On January 14, 2026, during a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, the bill "On Amendments to the Law on State and Municipal Services" was considered and rejected in the first reading.

The proposal for amendments came from the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Choro Seiytov, noted that the purpose of the bill is to improve the system of providing state and municipal services, as well as to eliminate the need for the approval of administrative regulations for these services.

After discussions, the deputies decided not to support the proposed bill.
