An audio recording has been circulated on social media in which a man calls 102 claiming that Trump "stole" Maduro and demands police intervention.
According to a court ruling announced on January 7, this citizen was fined. It is specified that on January 6, while in a state of intoxication, he made a call to number 102 and requested to register his complaint against the American president.
As a result of his actions, there was a violation of public order, as he deliberately called emergency services. Moreover, he did not comply with the lawful demands of law enforcement officers to appear at the station to clarify the circumstances.
At the court hearing, the man admitted his guilt, adding that he was drunk and did not remember the details of his appeal to law enforcement.
He was found guilty under Article 199 (knowingly false call to specialized services) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and was fined 3 BRV, which amounts to 1.2 million soms.
