Kyrgyz sellers can once again freely send goods to marketplaces

Kyrgyz sellers can now send their goods to marketplaces without obstacles, provided they have all the necessary documents. This was announced by Urmat Takirov, director of the Center for Development and Promotion of Exports "Kyrgyz Export," at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency. According to Takirov, there were previously difficulties with shipments due to new rules regarding deliveries to marketplaces. Problems at the borders of the Russian Federation primarily affected light industry products, which were checked by mobile groups of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.

“To resolve the situation, several rounds of negotiations were held at the beginning of the year within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Representatives from Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, as well as from the marketplaces Wildberries and Ozon participated in these discussions, with some meetings even taking place during the New Year holidays,” he added.

As a result of the negotiations, as Takirov emphasized, the parties were able to find a compromise, and now Kyrgyz sellers can continue sending goods to marketplaces while complying with Russian legislation and properly preparing documents.

“When sending goods, it is necessary to prepare all accompanying documents, such as CMR, TTH, and electronic invoice (ESF). It is essential that the electronic invoice is included in the set of documents when crossing the border,” added the center's director.

In addition, Takirov noted that after the commission's decisions, the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic implemented the necessary changes. Now, a new form of ESF intended for the shipment of goods to marketplaces is available in taxpayer offices.
