A meeting was held in Moscow to discuss the problems faced by Kyrgyz sellers on the Wildberries platform. This was reported by Elimbek Kanybek uulu, head of the EAEU Coordination Department of the Ministry of Economy of the KR, at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency.
At the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council, which took place on January 30, the issue raised by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the KR Daniyar Amangeldiev on December 5, 2025, was discussed. The topic of discussion was the difficulties faced by Kyrgyz sellers in e-commerce, especially when using Wildberries.
As a result of the assignment, in cooperation with the authorized bodies of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and representatives of the business community of Kyrgyzstan, an operational analysis of the identified difficulties was conducted.
As a result of the work, a new model for the movement of goods from Kyrgyz sellers to warehouses in the territory of another EAEU member state was agreed upon. It is important to note that ownership of the goods remains with the sellers until they are sold to individuals. This model has already been approved by the authorized bodies of Russia and is expected to help eliminate previous issues with the movement of goods.
“When implementing the agreed model, two main documents will be issued: CMR and a waybill (TTN). An informational seminar is planned to be held soon at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the KR, where details on filling out these documents will be explained, with the participation of representatives from Wildberries. The date and location of the seminar will be announced later,” added Elimbek Kanybek uulu.
He also noted that the EEC Council decided to continue monitoring the situation and to promptly inform about any new problems arising in the movement of goods within the framework of e-commerce.
