According to him, at the beginning of this year, at least six rounds of negotiations were held, some of which took place during the New Year holidays. During the discussions, the problems faced by manufacturers of light industry in Kyrgyzstan during inspections by mobile groups of the Russian Federal Customs Service were addressed.
“Colleagues from Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as representatives of marketplaces, also participated in these meetings. As a result, a solution was found, and now Kyrgyz sellers can freely send their products, indicating recipients in accordance with Russian legislation,” he noted.
It is important that all accompanying documents, such as CMR, TTN, and ESF, are prepared and agreed upon with the Russian Federal Customs Service. This is due to the fact that Kyrgyzstan is participating in a protocol with Kazakhstan,” Takirov added.
He also emphasized that when crossing the border, an electronic invoice must be included with other documents.
“As a result of the work of the EEC commission, the State Tax Service implemented the necessary changes within ten working days. Now, a new form of ESF, specifically designed for shipments to marketplaces, is available in taxpayer offices,” the director of "Kyrgyzexport" concluded.
