According to Urmat Takirov, the supply process is now carried out freely, provided that the necessary document preparation rules are followed. At the beginning of the year, the Kyrgyz side appealed to the Eurasian Economic Commission regarding the barriers faced by exporters, and as a result of six meetings, all disputed issues were quickly resolved.
“Now sellers from Kyrgyzstan can send their goods, indicating recipients in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. For example, when shipping to Wildberries, the documents should indicate Russian Wildberries as the recipient, and for Ozon — Russian Ozon,” he added.
To ensure smooth passage across the border, entrepreneurs need to prepare a complete set of accompanying documents, including an international consignment note (CMR), a transport waybill (TTN), and an invoice (SF).
Additionally, starting April 1, the Goods Waiting Confirmation System (SPOT) will be tested, which will require recipients in Russia to register documents and make a security payment. However, preliminary information indicates that an exception is provided for goods supplied to marketplaces.
